Floating just above the counter are signature lights by Harshita Jamtani, curated for their sculptural form and artisanal warmth. These pendant fixtures cast dramatic shadows on the textured wall behind spotlighting the intimate theatre of everyday baking. The bar chairs, sourced from ‘Made With Spin,’ feature elegant curves and powder-coated metal frames offering both comfort and contemporary refinement, while keeping with the café’s light industrial narrative.
Adding a distinct touch of local soul, one entire wall is animated by a custom mural by Guwahati-based pottery artist Roshni. Her work, sculpted in clay and finished in earthy glazes, is a homage to Assam’s natural forms flowing rivers, bamboo groves, and the rhythm of rain-soaked terrain. The overall colour palette leans deeply into earth tones olive greens, muddy taupes, creating a direct connection with Assam’s verdant landscape. Wooden shelving, indoor plants, and handwoven fabric panels further enrich the sensory experience, encouraging guests to linger a little longer over their coffee or sourdough. This bakery isn’t just a place to eat it’s a story of rebirth, rooted in place and purpose. A gentle blend of craft, community, and contemporary design.
